Recovery of Debt

Our firm provides legal services to recover debt from debtors and levy enforcement action such as
     garnishee order to frozen debtor’s bank account, charging order to attach to the real property of the
     debtor to secure the interests of the creditors.

 Tenancy dispute is a commonplace in Hong Kong, especially when you have a flat to let and your
     tenant refuses to pay rent or commits illegal acts at your flat. We are experienced in instituting legal
     proceedings to assist you to recover the flat and damages from your tenant.。
